This is the first time I stayed here with my boyfriend, the room smells so good and very romantic that I enjoyed every minute of it making love.

We were charged for exceeding our check out time when it was clearly their responsibility to ring us a few minutes before the time. We were surprised w/the charge but more shocked when they insist that they were unable to contact us,so they sent a staff 20mins later. Now, if there s problem w/the phone, shouldnt they sent the staff right away? And the worst thing is that they were making it out like its our fault. Lousy staff,

Wish they can do something about the. Very Noisy/ Loud/Disturbing Videoke Bar beside their building or not to build their hotel beside an existing bar or anything that may cause noise. Checked in for the sole purpose to take a board exam at the MCU School. The level of anxiety & stress the karaoke noise gave to all the exmaminees checked in on that sogo branch. The noise from the hallway can be heard as well, you guys have thin wall? Not good standard.. But the stuff gave a very good service though, hopefully you are able to give 100% service in both human service and structure service, these should go hand in hand, all the time. Muchisimas Gracias!

I frequent this place when I am too tired to go home or I just want to be alone for a bit. Room rates start at 400 which is the short time. They have 7 hours, 10 hours and 12 hours rate. I always get the 10 hour deluxe rooms and sometimes I extend it another 20 hours more. The reason I always get the deluxe rooms is that they have 2 doors. That means there is an anteroom before the actual door so I have added security. Plus I don't feel at ease when I am staying in a hotel without an anteroom. I had problems with this hotel before which I also complained to the manager. There is a videoke downstairs and since they usually give the 2nd floor rooms, the noise from the videoke seeps into the room floors and walls. If there is something I would say the reason I stay here, that is they serve the best Batchoy in Metro Manila. I have tried batchoy from other restaurants, but this hotel creates the almost same batchoy I grew up in, I am from Iloilo. I never check in without ordering it. Glad that they changed the menu because before they put batchoy as a staple food from Bacolod and that's not correct. Aside from the batchoy, I also love their silog meals, as well as their sinigang and lechon kawali.

The room that I got is good however the remote for the AC is not working. So everytime that I go out and get back to my room, I need to call the front desk to send someone in to turn the AC on.

when we check in the toilet is broken(not flushing and the grouting is already getting dirty.not clean anymore.3 star for greetings.
